Welcome to Brooklin High School!
Thanks to our entire Brooklin school community for a "Beartastic" first three years at Brooklin High School! They have been both exciting and engaging years as we opened up the Durham District School Board's newest secondary school, Brooklin High School, in September of 2015.
Last school year, 2017-18, was our third school year and we were very excited to graduate our second Grade 12 class. We had an extremely successful second graduation ceremony, including Prom and a Spring Commencement.
This school year, 2018-19, will be our senior year and fourth school year. We look forward to educating, engaging and empowering over 1320 students.
In our first year we have been able to build positive relationships and partnerships within the Brooklin community and will continue to do so. We look forward to working with our students, parents and staff continuing to build a collaborative community.
We are excited to announce we have hired an additional 18 teachers to ensure we continue to offer an exemplary curricular and extra curricular program. Some teachers are replacing those on leaves and some have been hired due to slight growth of school population.
We maintain committed to keeping everyone informed with current and effective communication.
