  IMPORTANT INFORMTION
 
What to bring to ALL registration/re-registration appointments:
 
You must bring;
 
  • One piece of government ID with a your photo (i.e. Driver’s License, Health Card)
  • Proof of Canadian citizenship – it MUST be ­one of the following
o   Birth Certificate
o   Birth Registration
o   Canadian Passport
o   Landed Immigrant Papers
o   Canadian Citizenship Card
o   Permanent Resident Card
 
Social Insurance Cards do NOT certify citizenship and are not accepted.
 
(Note: for persons born outside of Canada, we will require place of birth and date of landing in Canada for registration)
 
(Note: Provided ID must all be in the same name – if you have change your name you must bring legal proof of the name change)
 
It is recommended that you bring;
 
  • a high school transcript/consolidated school report or status sheet from your last secondary school
  • if you are preparing for post-secondary studies, you should bring a list of the pre-requisites for the program(s) you are hoping to work towards
 
Part-time secondary students MUST bring a letter from their home school verifying their part-time status.
 
Note – we cannot process your registration without the above documents.
 
PHOTO IDENTIFICATION MUST BE SHOWN PRIOR TO WRITING EXAMS
