1.1 The Durham District School Board affirms that assessment, evaluation and reporting information about individual students will be kept confidential and all procedures around assessment, evaluation and reporting will be conducted with discretion and sensitivity, paying due attention to the provisions of the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
