1.0 The Board recognizes the desirability of clean, litter-free schools, buildings and grounds. The Board encourages and supports principals and staff in their efforts to prevent litter by students. The Board also approves of schools encouraging students to assist the custodial staff in removing litter from the buildings and grounds.
