1.0 The Board shall reimburse Trustees and designated employees for all expenses incurred through travelling in the course of their duties.

1.1 Car mileage, covered in the course of regular duties, shall be paid at a rate established from time to time, by resolution of the Board.

1.2 Expenses incurred in the course of attending an approved conference or similar activity shall be paid in a
ccordance with rates established from time to time by resolution of the Board.

1.3 The Director shall report to the Board on mileage travelled by staff and Trustees from time to time as 
deemed advisable, and in any case at least once per year.
