1.0 All trust funds shall be administered according to the conditions established in the trusts and held for the use of the individuals to whom the benefits were intended to accrue. Where the conditions change, (e.g. school closures, program changes, etc.), the Board may, by resolution, redefine its interpretation of the conditions.
