DDSB Water Project
More than 300 Durham District School Board students and staff from across the region will walk along the Ajax Waterfront to raise awareness of water issues from a local, provincial and international perspective. Partners such as the Mississaugas of Scugog Island First Nation, Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA) and Me to We will be on hand to educate, spread awareness and help us work toward a better future.
The event will also feature a fundraising component with proceeds going to the Me to We initiative: We Walk for Water.
