1.0 Parents must be informed that it is their responsibility to inform the school of any medical problems of which they feel the school should be aware.

2.0 The Durham District School Board recommends a regular medical examination.

3.0 On any extended class excursion and particularly for "out-of-province" excursions, it is in the best interest of both the parent and the student that they purchase extended health insurance.
