What are the minimum complexity requirements for my password?
Your password must meet the following conditions:
- Minimum 12 characters
- The password must contain three of the following:
- Upper case letter (A-Z)
- Lower case letter (a-z)
- Number (0-9)
- Special character (examples @!~ etc.)
What is required for a password if I'm a student in grade 4 to grade 12?
Your password must meet the following conditions:
- Minimum 8 characters
- The password must contain three of the following:
- Upper case letter (A-Z)
- Lower case letter (a-z)
- Number (0-9)
- Special character (examples @!~ etc.)
Should I register for password reset and recovery?
All staff are encouraged to proactively register for password recovery as this will make it quicker and easier for you to securely regain access to your DDSB account in case your password expires. You will be required to register for password reset and recovery the first time you initiate a password change. You will be asked to add another method of verifying your identity in order to reset your password.
