Mental Health and Well-Being Resources

Students are encouraged to reach out to someone at their school if they are struggling with their mental health. We also have a team of professionals available to assist. If you are interested in talking to a mental health worker, please use the Mental Health Support Form to provide us with your contact information and a member of the team will be in touch as soon as possible. Please Note: This is not a crisis service. If it is an emergency, please call 911.
