Whether you work in, attend, or use the facilities provided by Durham District School Board (DDSB), we want to make sure that our services are accessible. DDSB has responsibilities to address all forms of ableism, providan equitable and inclusive education environment for all community members, and to uphold the objectives and requirements of the Accessibility for Ontarians Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA) and the Ontario Human Rights Code.

Student Accommodations

If your child has accessibility or Human Rights Code-related accommodation needs, such as adaptive technology or additional learning support, speak with a teacher at your school. They can help you access the appropriate accommodation or put you in contact with Inclusive Student Services.
