The 30 Credits My Way website puts students and families in the driver's seat, empowering them to navigate their high school pathway with confidence. High school orientation
The DDSB provides an extensive orientation program for grade 8 students entering high school. It is recommended that students and families attend these sessions. Speak to your child's teacher to help with the transition to high school.

Prior learning assessment
If you earned high school credits in another province or country, view the Prior Learning Assessment and Recognition (PLAR) page or contact Durham Continuing Education's Credential Centre at 905-436-3211 for information on the process for transferring high school credits to the DDSB.
