| At minimum, your password should be at least 6 characters long. This should be a password that is confidential to you and would be difficult to guess. |
| What is required for a password if I'm a student in grade 4 to grade 12? |

Your password must meet the following conditions:
- Minimum 8 characters
- The password must contain three of the following:
- Upper case letter (A-Z)
- Lower case letter (a-z)
- Number (0-9)
- Special character (examples @!~ etc.)

| What will my password be if I forget it and need to have it reset? |
| Please ask your teacher for the format of your default password if your teacher, or IT Services, resets it for you. |
| Should I register for password reset and recovery? |
| Students who are 16 or older can register to reset their password through another email address. If you are under 16 years old, a reset email will be sent to the email address of your parent/guardian that was provided to the school during the registration process. |
